Returns Policy
You have 14 days to open a return case after your item has been delivered.
All returns must be addressed via a message to us first, to enable us to address the issue. We will then get back to you and authorise the return or we may suggest an alternative solution to the issue.
You need to send your item back within 10 working days, using tracked postage. Adding tracking details helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process. The postage costs may be refunded by us too, depending on why you are returning your item. This will be discussed when we assess the cause od the return, prior to an authorisation.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return postage because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might deduct money from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
Once the item has been delivered back to us, your refund should be processed within 2 working days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method and funds are usually available within 3-5 working days.
