By clicking “buy now” you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age at the moment of purchase.

You will only receive one item unless you have selected more.

We strongly recommend that you apply super glue to the screw before you screw it back into place after you have filled your item.

This will avoid the screw from accidentally becoming undone.

We are not responsible for a screw becoming undone if you have not applied super glue first.

If a picture shows more than one item then this is for illustration purposes only.

Colours may be different from the pictures shows, as different devices have different colour settings.

The item we send out will be identical or very similar to the item in the picture of the selected products. Slight variations can sometimes be seen. This does not affect the functionality of the item.
If multiple items are purchased we reserve the right to send out fewer funnel fill kits, unless you specifically request an equal amount of funnel fill kits to the amount of items you have purchsed.

Our snorting items are only to be used for the intake of Glucagon Nasal Powder.
Glucagon Nasal Powder is a powder medicine that is inserted into the nose.

You should not use Glucagon Nasal Powder if you are allergic to glucagon, or if you have:

  • a tumor of the pancreas (insulinoma); or

  • a tumor of the adrenal gland (pheochromocytoma).

The Customer must provide the following information concerning the Customer: name / company name, address (street, house / apartment, zip code, city, country), e-mail address, contact phone number and password. In case of the Customers who are not Consumers it is necessary to also provide the company name and tax identification number.
Your personal details are used through Royal Mail and will not be shared with any other third party.

The customer is responsible for the providing their correct address details.

We send your order to the address provided when the order was put through. If the address details are incorrect or incomplete you may not receive your item and you may have to purchase another one.

The address details are the responsibility of the customer.

After purchase the Vendor posts the item(s) you have purchased within 3 working days.

Most of our items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 3:00pm. However this is not guaranteed and it may take us up to 3 working days to dispatch your order.

Next day delivery excludes weekends, bank holidays and foreign sales and will not be dispatched the same working day if payment is received after 3:00pm or during weekends.
If your Next Day delivery order is not delivered the next day, we may issue a full or partial refund for the postage costs. If your order gets delivered late, we will not issue a refund for the item(s) ordered and delivered.

We are not responsible for the actual postage, a delay in delivery may be out of our hands.

Any issues as a result of a postal delay will have to be investigated first by the vendor before a refund or resend can be issued.

The vendor reserves 14 working days to look into a delay in delivery before a refund or resend can be issued.

If the tracking number confirms a delivery or an attempted delivery then we have fulfilled or part of the postal transaction.

If a customer is not in to sign for his delivery and the item needs to be collected from a local sorting office we will still class this as a delivery, as a delivery attempt has then been made.

The Vendor reserves the right to cancel a customer order if the Vendor can not complete the order. (If item ordered is out of stock, faulty or broken or the vendor can not complete the transaction for any other reason)

Any missing or faulty items received must be reported to us within three days of receiving your item(s) in order to receive a refund or replacement.

If we get informed of missing or faulty items after three days we reserve the right not to issue a refund or send out a replacement product.
Used items should not be returned and may be destroyed upon receiving them.
We do not issue refunds on used items returned back to us.
If you have used an item and there is an issue withe the item, please contact us by email beofore undertaking any action.

Any order where payment has not been completed will be deleted from our system.

The customer has to place a new order which will be processed once payment has been completed.

Domestic shipments are realized accordingly to the current price list available in the Online Shop website. Delivery date depends on the carrier. The Vendor will make every effort to ensure that the shipment is delivered to the Customer as soon as possible and intact, but is not responsible for any delays or damage of the shipment

1. The Vendor is obliged to provide the Customer with a Product which is free of defects.

2. If it is necessary to return the product to the Vendor in order to respond to the Customer’s complaint, the Customer should return a purchased Product by tracked post. Note that the Vendor does not accept the returns made by collection on delivery. In order to be refunded the cost of returning a Product, the Customer should provide proof of expenses incurred and enclose a bank account number to transfer.

3. The Vendor shall address the Customer’s complaint immediately, and no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission

Our items are dispatched weekdays only.

We do not dispatch any items during weekends or bank holidays.

Next day delivery is not covered during the weekend, bank holidays or foreign sales.

You are responsible for checking your address details and inform us of any changes the very moment you purchase an item. We "print and post" if your details are incorrect, tell us the moment you buy!!!!!

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective or not as described and you would like to return it, then it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package in order to receive a refund or replacement.

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your goods. This will enable us to rectify any issues.

Any notification of discrepancies we receive after 14 days will not be covered by our returns policy.
